1. About us

HomelyDesignsUK is an independent UK-based brand selling handcrafted tie-dye t-shirts. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Each shirt is hand-dyed, so slight colour variation between items is normal.

4. Payments

We accept payment via PayPal (including cards) and Bitcoin. Bitcoin orders are confirmed once the transaction is detected on-chain.

5. Shipping & returns

Shipping options and times are shown at checkout. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied — see our Returns Policy for full details.

6. Privacy

We only use your personal information to process orders and provide support. We never sell your data to third parties.
