Returns Policy

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Any tags must still be attached.
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• As each shirt is hand-dyed and one-of-a-kind, slight colour variation is part of the craft and not considered a defect.

How to start a return

1. Email support@homelydesignsuk.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll reply within 1–2 working days with return instructions.
3. Post the item back to us. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days.

Bitcoin orders

Refunds for Bitcoin payments are issued in GBP equivalent to a bank account of your choice, or in BTC to a wallet address you provide.
